    With particular emphasis on the value chain development philosophy, the training program is aimed at producing competent graduates well equipped with theoretical, practical technological and research competences coupled with innovative and business skills to actively and efficiently play leading roles in the fast growing economy of the Country, the region and Africa as a whole.

    Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Food Science and Technology with specialization in Food Science and Nutrition

    Graduates with the B. Tech degree in Food Science and Technology shall be individuals with sound analytical, practical and innovative skills capable of not only gaining employment in Food industry, teaching and research institutions but shall be capable of setting up and managing different units of the food industrial sector.
